Interchange Canada Agreement Template

Executive Search of Public Service Commission (PSC) is available to departments as a resource for the exchange process and the content of the agreement. For agreements involving employees or positions at the executive manager level, the Deputy Minister of the Government of Alberta, an authorized signatory to the external organization, the Member of Parliament and the Public Service Delegate must sign the agreement. The exchange agreement usually contains specific articles outlining the procedures to be followed in these situations.
