Terms & Shipping

Reservations are kept on a list on a "first come first served" basis. To secure your place on the list we must receive a 25% deposit. Receipt of this deposit insures your place on the list, the price of the snake or snakes and insures us of your commitment to purchase the snake(s). If for any reason we are not able to produce the snake(s) to fill your order, we will notify you and upon your approval, (a) roll your deposit over into next year or (b) refund you your deposit.

Deposits - Are not refundable.

Payment in full is necessary before the snake(s) will be shipped. Payment is due at the time of hatching. We accept the following methods of payment: cashiers check, money order, PayPal, Visa/MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.


Financing - Interest free financing is available (short term) for individuals that place a 25% deposit. This plan requires you to make a monthly payment equal to 25% of the original purchase price.

Cancellations - No Refunds if we produce your order in the year ordered.

Shipping - We use UPS for our domestic shipping.

UPS - We are an approved live animal shipper through UPS. UPS Next Day Air is also available at a cost of $ 65.00 for one snake. The cost will increase depending upon the weight of the box. Someone must be present to sign for the shipment. We personally guarantee live arrival through UPS. If there is a problem with a snake that you have received from us through UPS please contact us directly. Snakes will only be shipped as weather permits. During extreme hot or cold periods we will gladly care for your snake(s) until shipping is possible.

Shipping Container - We use a new insulated box with every order. Heat packs are used when necessary.

If there are any problems with the snake(s) you must notify us within 48hrs.

All Utah residents, please add 6.75% sales tax.

International orders require an additional fee of $500.00 US per shipment + airline shipping fees usually $400.00 for one box additional boxes cost more. This includes the CITIES export permit, U.S. Fish and Wildlife inspection fees, live animal fee, CITES animal fee & export broker fees. Health certificates if needed are additional. Additionally international orders require a 50% deposit before we will write a CITES documents.
